S’more Mail alumni update.
Chili was pregnant when she came to the property and cared for her puppies. She was a mama dog through and through.
She was one of our OGs — the second dog to leave the property after S’more. By the time Chili was adopted, she was already a senior, but she finally had the home and family she deserved.
Unfortunately, Chili recently developed a very aggressive form of lymphoma. Her family made the loving decision to let her go, and we were with her until the end.
Chili will always be part of S’more Dogs Rescue. We do not stop loving them when they are adopted. They stay ours in all the ways that matter.
