Sam I Am Outreach came first. It is the broader prevention mission: education, training resources, practical support, and helping people understand that pets are a responsibility and a lifetime commitment.
Rescue often begins after something has already gone wrong. Sam I Am Outreach exists to help before families and animals reach that breaking point — with guidance, compassion, and resources instead of shame.
S’more Dogs Rescue grew from that mission as the direct rescue work for dogs and cats became its own program.
